. Collaborate in an interdisciplinary and agile testing team responsible for the internal DevOps tools of the automated testing teams by following Festo's international test standards
. Design, standardize, and maintain repositories and CI/CT/CD pipelines
. Manage and maintain virtualized environments for automated and manual testing
. Utilize the latest technologies and DevOps tools for efficient test operations
. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure smooth code and test integration
. Monitor and troubleshoot issues in builds, deployments, and test executions
A successful Test Automation Engineer - DevOps should have:
. Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications.
. Proven expertise and at least 3 years of practical experience in DevOps tooling.
. Very good knowledge in using GIT and tools like GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity or similar
. Good knowledge in using virtualization tools like VirtualBox, VMware, Azure or similar
. Good knowledge of programming in Microsoft .NET/C# and/or Python.
. Experience and routine in agile software development methods (e.g. SCRUM) desirable
. Analytical skills, structured and abstract thinking as well as creativity combined with a very good ability to work in a team
. Good written and spoken English skills (at least B2)
