Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing practices and to drive improvements in product quality and delivery efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead efforts to optimize and scale automation frameworks to support evolving project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to build automation capabilities and promote best practices within the team.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools used in quality engineering.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and recommend automation strategies that improve testing efficiency.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

• This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
