As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring improved control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. Your role is pivotal in transforming traditional testing approaches into efficient automated workflows that support the overall product quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing strategies.
• Maintain and update automated test scripts to ensure alignment with evolving product requirements.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience in scripting languages commonly used with Selenium such as Java, Python, or C#.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
