Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Test Engineer Automation Experience: 4 7 years Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across modules including campaign workflows, resource management, and AI features.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure test coverage and early defect detection.
• Implement BDD practices using tools like Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave.
• Conduct API testing using Postman, Newman, or similar tools.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing and reporting.
• Document test results, track bugs, and support UAT processes. Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with BDD tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow, Behave).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
• Experience testing microservices, multi-cloud environments, and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to LLM-based features and testing AI-driven components.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, n8n).
• Understanding of security testing and compliance validation. You will be responsible for running end-to-end quality engineering functions with a strong emphasis on automation, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the testing lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
