As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role includes managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation to ensure improved control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with testing activities that drive efficiency and reliability in software delivery, fostering a seamless integration of automated testing within the development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to support evolving project requirements.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM testing.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Veeva CRM.
• Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools relevant to CRM systems.
• Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
