You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle, emphasizing automation to ensure improved control, precision, and data integrity. Your role is pivotal in transforming traditional testing approaches into efficient, automated workflows that support the delivery of reliable and high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and robustness.
- Document and communicate testing outcomes and automation progress to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot automation issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to integrate automated tests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test execution and reporting.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
