Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance testing efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams to facilitate continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or JUnit.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Test Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
