As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle, emphasizing automation to ensure improved control, precision, and data integrity. Your role includes coordinating various testing activities to deliver reliable and efficient outcomes, contributing to the overall success of the project through continuous improvement and innovation in testing methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and update automated test scripts to ensure alignment with evolving project requirements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance automation efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Test Management.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and software testing life cycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration of automation tools within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
