Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and update automated test scripts to ensure alignment with changing requirements and system updates.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to build their skills and understanding of automation frameworks.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow ATF
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using relevant automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues related to automation and testing.
- Familiarity with integration of automated tests into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
