Job Description

Project Role : Test Automation Engineer

Project Role Description : Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity.

Must have skills : Data Warehouse ETL Testing

Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout testing activities. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
  • Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and ETL processes.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages relevant to ETL testing.
  • Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases for data accuracy and integrity.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and query languages to support testing activities.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
  • This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
