Job Description: Test Automation Architect –
Mandatory: Selenium + Python + Robot Framework
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Coimbatore
- Senior Test Automation Architect with min 15+ years of experience in Test Automation
- Design and build automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium, Python, and Robot Framework.
- Strong hands-on expertise across UI, API, and Mobile automation, with the ability to work independently and provide end-to-end solutions.
- Experience in CI/CD integration
- Should demonstrate a strong ownership mindset, proactively resolving automation, CI/CD, environment, and integration issues—without role-bound limitations.
- Should have exposure/experience working with AI solutions to leverage for issue analysis and resolution
- Should have ability to integrate AI solutions into the automation framework, leveraging AI for intelligent test prioritization, failure analysis, optimization, and faster problem resolution.
- Quick to upskill and must be focused on continuous improvement
- Should be capable of driving Test maturity, conduct assessments and POCs for betterment of existing test process.
