• Have ownership, Attitude of delivering good quality products to customer Stakeholder Management
• Expert in developing automation scripts (advanced level) onJAVAwith Selenium frameworks
• Expert on Code review strong depth on OOPS principles
• Well verse on good coding standards guidelines
• Drive the team to follow high standards of coding
• Should be able to trouble shoot the bugs along with Dev Team
• Setup Selenium environment and Configuring Selenium Test Environment for a project
• Design Implement Automation Framework and Implementation.
• Suggest Automation tools for a given application with strong justification.
• Creating, Organizing, and managing Test Automation Suite.
• Demonstrates ability for high level of quality testing .
• Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues.
• Very good at documenting the bug reproducible scenarios, writing detailed test cases
• Selecting or Identifying Areas/Test cases for Automation.
• Creating, Enhancing, debugging, and Running Test Cases.
• Co-coordinating Test team members and Development team in order to resolve the issues.
• Interacting with client-side to understand business need and build test scripts accordingly
• Flexible to adapt to changes in the project
• Learn new technology if needed for project
