We are on the lookout for QA Architect with the following skills.

Automation Test Architect

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite)

Visa Preference: B1 / L1 / H1B – Candidates who are willing to travel to the US on short-term assignments are preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Architect with deep expertise in modern test automation frameworks, API testing, and AI-driven testing methodologies. The ideal candidate should bring strong hands-on experience in Accelq, Ready API, and Swaggerhub, along with exposure to LLM testing and AI QA frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable automation frameworks across web, API, and microservices.
• Drive automation strategy, architecture, and best practices across multiple projects.
• Define test automation standards, coding guidelines, and CI/CD integration workflows.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and guide QA teams on advanced automation techniques, tools, and AI-driven testing.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to strengthen automation capabilities.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to quality engineering practices.

Must-Have Skills

Automation Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Accelq, Ready API, and Swaggerhub.
• Deep understanding of automation architecture, scripting, and framework design.

AI & LLM Testing

• Experience in AI Testing, including:
• LLM Testing / AI Red Team Testing
• RAG-based testing
• RAGAS framework or similar evaluation tools for generative AI models.

Quality Engineering

• 10 + years of QA/testing experience, including 2+ years in a QA Architect role.
• Strong understanding of API testing, microservices testing, and automation best practices.
• Experience in continuous testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based QA environments.
