About The Role
We are looking for a Senior React Frontend Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, modern JavaScript frameworks, and frontend architecture, along with a strong focus on user experience, performance optimization, and clean code practices.
Job Title: Test Architect – AI Driven Quality Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption and implementation of Agentic AI-driven Quality Engineering solutions for automated testing and quality intelligence.
- Design and build AI-enabled testing workflows using AI Agents, LLMs, and RAG architectures to enhance test generation, test maintenance, and defect analysis.
- Architect scalable automation frameworks using Python, Pytest, and Appium across Web, Windows Desktop, and Mobile applications.
- Integrate AI-driven testing capabilities into CI/CD pipelines to enable intelligent continuous testing.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Agentic AI for autonomous test execution, defect triage, test optimization, and knowledge-driven testing.
- Define test architecture strategies covering UI, API, integration, and performance testing across multiple platforms.
- Mentor QE teams on AI-driven testing approaches and automation best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure AI-powered quality engineering practices are embedded within the development lifecycle.
- Develop quality metrics, dashboards
