Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust test architecture strategies and frameworks to support the testing of complex software systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and quality assurance, to understand testing requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Define and document testing standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance testing capabilities and improve overall product quality.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to testing teams, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze and assess testing needs and requirements, identifying opportunities for automation, performance testing, and other testing enhancements.
- Deep understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including test automation, performance testing, and shift-left testing.
- Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and others.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for test automation, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Primary Skills:
- Manage the entire QA team of the Project.
- Design and own the test automation and performance roadmap for the account.
- Ensure test coverage across all layers: UI (Playwright, Appium), API, and performance (JMeter).
- Monitor CI/CD pipelines for test stability and reporting, optimizing execution cycles.
- Maintain test data, environment configuration, and parallel execution strategy.
Qualifications:
- BE/BSc or Equivalent
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed
