In this role, you will have the opportunity to join the leading innovator in image-guided therapy solutions as a Software Developer for the Azurion Eye Sensing Lab. You will be responsible for developing the user interfaces for all OneSpace-deployed clinical dashboards u2014 delivering intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences that surface AI-driven insights and analytics to clinical users in the interventional lab.u00A0
You will be part of the Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS) business unit with development sites in the Netherlands, China and India. You will join the Data Analytics team within the Sensing Lab global R&D department, working closely with design (IENS), backend, and data engineering teams.u00A0
Key Areas of Responsibilityu00A0
Define and own the automated test strategy and framework for all Data Analytics dashboards, microservices, and data pipelines.u00A0
Lead the design and development of automated test scripts covering UI, API, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.u00A0
Mentor and technically guide the Automation Engineer(s) on test architecture, tooling, and best practices.u00A0
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution and reporting.u00A0
Collaborate with developers and the Technical Leader during design and code reviews to ensure testability is built in.u00A0
Define test coverage metrics, quality KPIs, and defect management processes.u00A0
Triage, investigate, and drive resolution of test failures work with development teams to ensure timely defect fixes.u00A0
Contribute to regulatory documentation: test plans, test protocols, and test reports required for QMS compliance.u00A0
Evaluate and recommend test tooling, frameworks, and automation libraries aligned with the tech stack.u00A0
Continuously improve test efficiency, coverage, and pipeline execution speed.u00A0
To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have the Following Skills and Experienceu00A0
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.u00A0
10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead/senior automation role.u00A0
Must Have:u00A0
C# u2014 primary automation scripting languageu00A0
ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced level)u00A0
Automation tools u2014 test frameworks such as Selenium, SpecFlow, NUnit, Playwright, or equivalentu00A0
Nice to Have:u00A0
Python u2014 scripting and toolingu00A0
Kubernetes / Docker u2014 for containerized test environment setupu00A0
API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestSharp)u00A0
Performance testing toolsu00A0
Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks from scratch in agile/SAFe environments.u00A0
Strong understanding of CI/CD integration for test automation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).u00A0
Experience in regulated software development environments (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or FDA frameworks) is strongly preferred.u00A0
Excellent analytical skills ability to assess test coverage gaps and translate requirements into test cases.u00A0
Strong communication and leadership skills ability to influence quality practices across the team.u00A0
Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test design and automation.u00A0
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
