Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test cases and test scenarios.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
Prepare test reports and provide feedback on testing status and quality.
Ensure compliance with testing standards and processes.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability.
Continuously improve test processes and contribute to automation efforts if applicable.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications like ISTQB Foundation Level are a plus.

Experience:

2-3 years: Junior to mid-level Test Analyst with hands-on experience in manual testing.
3-4 years: Test Analyst with exposure to automation tools and experience in handling end-to-end testing activities.

Preferred:

Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Quality Center.
Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, UFT, or TestComplete.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
