MISSION

Drive the successful delivery of Issuer Live Testing (ILT) engagements by ensuring high-quality testing, seamless customer collaboration, and effective coordination across multiple concurrent projects. Act as the key link between client expectations and technical execution, leveraging expertise in the cards and payments domain to deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused outcomes while demonstrating strong ownership, communication, and project coordination skills.

ACTIVITIES

• Domain-Specific Testing: Utilize your knowledge of cards and payments systems to execute structured test sessions and retesting services (remotely from the lab or at customer premises) in compliance with our Quality Assurance Plan.
• Analyze & Report: Evaluate test data, write comprehensive test reports, and log any detected defects accurately using Jira.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Draft technical documentation to help build our internal knowledge base and actively share domain insights with your peers.
• Metrological Verification: Perform precise metrological checks and verifications within your scope of competency.
• Multitasking & Prioritization: Efficiently balance and manage 2 to 3 projects simultaneously without letting details slip or dropping the ball.
• End-to-End Ownership: Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility for your assigned testing scopes, ensuring deadlines and compliance protocols are strictly met.
• Lead Client Touchpoints: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients. This includes driving daily testing/status calls, writing emails and communicating via instant communication channels.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a domain testing role.
• Proven understanding of cards and payments. Experience with EMV or Acquirer testing is acceptable.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar test/defect management tools.
• Technical diploma or Engineering degree in a scientific or technical discipline.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You must be comfortable and confident speaking on daily client-facing calls and writing professional updates and emails.
• Execution Mindset: Highly organized with good project management skills, a strong sense of personal accountability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attributes: Exceptionally accurate, thorough, and inherently customer-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
