We are seeking a motivated Tesla Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for electric vehicles and sustainability, with experience in sales or customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product information, and supporting the sales process to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and provide information about Tesla products and services.
- Assist customers with the ordering process and provide updates on order status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of Tesla vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and Tesla products is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
