Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, BDD frameworks, API automation, and test management. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated tests for web and mobile applications using Selenium and BDD frameworks.
• Create and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API projects.
• Perform API testing and API automation using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality and adherence to requirements.
• Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute test cases, report defects, and track resolutions in a timely manner.
• Perform functional and integration testing across all application components and services.
• Conduct end-to-end manual testing of features and user stories.
• Integrate test suites into test management systems and custom test harnesses.
• Participate in product demos, release reviews, and continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Functional requirement gathering: Minimum 6 years.
• Selenium BDD automation: Minimum 6+ years.
• Cucumber: Minimum 4+ years.
• Core Java: Minimum 6+ years.
• API automation (Karate, RestAssured): Minimum 4 years.
• Git: Minimum 1 year.
• Automation framework implementation: Minimum 3 years.
• Gradle/Maven: Minimum 1 year.
• Jenkins: Minimum 1 year.
• Postman: Minimum 2 years.
• Database testing: Minimum 2 years.
