Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territorial Sales Executive located in Malappuram. The Territorial Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client communication to ensure long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Qualifications
  • Sales and customer relationship management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and client retention
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and local languages
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and reporting systems
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the construction, real estate, or property management industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the territorial region as required
