Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Territory Sales Officer. The Territory Sales Officer will handle sales operations within the assigned territory, focus on managing distributors, oversee channel sales, and work towards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, maintaining thorough knowledge of products, and analyzing market trends to develop business strategies and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Distribution Management, including overseeing logistics and ensuring inventory optimization.
  • Strong skills in Sales and Channel Sales, including developing relationships with distributors and driving product penetration in assigned territories.
  • Expertise in Business and Sales Management to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
