Job Responsibilities:
Manage the identified market set and expand the wood coatings dealer network.
Manage targeted segments and grow the wood coatings contractor base.
Generate site leads and maintain a strong project pipeline for the premium wood coatings range.
Conduct on-site product sampling sessions for dealers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Educate dealers on the complete wood coatings portfolio and drive business through schemes and focus products.
Conduct regular engagement meetings with key influencers such as architects, building contractors, painters, and other stakeholders to support business development.
Coordinate closely with the retail team to ensure effective in-store visibility and merchandising of wood coatings products.
Ensure timely entry of plans and daily activity reports in CRM/FLO applications.
Achieve assigned targets for weighted reach and numeric reach within the territory.
Deliver targeted PU tinting CCD reach objectives across the assigned geography.
