Job Description

Job purpose:

  • To expand the distribution network in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the identified market set and expand the wood coatings dealer network.
  • Manage targeted segments and grow the wood coatings contractor base.
  • Generate site leads and maintain a strong project pipeline for the premium wood coatings range.
  • Conduct on-site product sampling sessions for dealers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
  • Educate dealers on the complete wood coatings portfolio and drive business through schemes and focus products.
  • Conduct regular engagement meetings with key influencers such as architects, building contractors, painters, and other stakeholders to support business development.
  • Coordinate closely with the retail team to ensure effective in-store visibility and merchandising of wood coatings products.
  • Ensure timely entry of plans and daily activity reports in CRM/FLO applications.
  • Achieve assigned targets for weighted reach and numeric reach within the territory.
  • Deliver targeted PU tinting CCD reach objectives across the assigned geography.

Qualification:

  • Graduate, Preferably MBA
