Job Description

KEY PURPOSE

  • Responsible for distribution and display of General Mills India products in the assigned area.
  • Achieve retailing volume and collection targets through effective distributor management.

B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure GMI products are sold to all relevant outlets in the territory.
  • Ensure distribution and availability of all products in targeted outlets; identify new distributors.
  • Ensure product visibility in all serviced outlets.
  • Manage WB (Wholesaler/Distributor): ensure SKU availability, stock levels, claims, and outstanding as per norms.
  • Manage DSMs: ensure compliance with productivity and visibility norms; train on selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities.
  • Share ideas for local branding, promotions, and display contests.

D. INCUMBENT PROFILE

  • Graduate or MBA
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in FMCG sales
