Main Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution Management
- Visit opticians and accessories stores with product samples to book orders.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.
- Ensure distributor claims are submitted and cleared timely.
- Suggest plans for liquidation of obsolete stock at distributors and key dealers.
- Identify prospective new stores and expand placement of Luxottica brands.
- Identify business development opportunities in new towns within the territory.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Conduct sales events and roadshows to showcase the product range and secure orders.
- Attend to customer complaints and ensure immediate resolution.
- Ensure timely supply of customer orders through proper channeling.
- Collect payments from distributors and direct dealers, ensuring no overdue payments in the territory.
Marketing & Brand Implementation
- Implement company schemes and brand plans in the market according to guidelines.
