Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Drive primary and secondary sales growth through distributors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.
Expand market coverage and increase product availability in key markets.
Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies and promotional activities.
Distributor Management
Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors across Kottayam, Alappuzha and Pathanamthitta.
Monitor distributor performance against agreed sales and coverage objectives.
Ensure optimum stock levels and healthy inventory management at distributor points.
Review distributor sales performance regularly and develop action plans for growth.

Distributor Sales Team Management
Work closely with distributor-employed Sales Representatives to drive market execution.
Conduct joint market visits and field coaching with distributor sales teams.
Set clear sales objectives and coverage plans for distributor representatives.
Monitor beat plans, outlet productivity, and market coverage effectiveness.
Ensure distributor sales teams are adequately trained on products, schemes, and sales processes.
Market Development & Execution
Increase retail outlet coverage and visibility across the territory.
Ensure effective execution of trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities.•
Identify high-potential markets and develop territory-specific growth plans.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends and provide actionable insights.
Key Account & Trade Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and trade influencers.
Resolve trade-related issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive product placement and visibility in strategic outlets.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, market intelligence reports, and territory performance updates.
Analyze sales data and recommend corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of distributor performance, stock positions, and market coverage.
