Role:

As a Territory Sales Manager, we expect you to create a Robust Distribution Network for the organisation involving retailers, Appoint and Manage Distribution Partners, Achieve primary and secondary sales objectives and ensure smooth Business Operations in the assigned Geographical Territory

Responsibilities

# Create channel presence across the assigned Territory and ensure width and depth of Distribution

# Appoint Distribution Channel Partners in each and every town taluk and ensure retail coverage

# Manage the Distributor Sales Officers as per Company Norms and Extract desired productivity

# Guide, Motivate, Train and mentor the DSOs, channel partners and their staff

# Build lasting equation with key retail outlets and create brand visibility and presence across the territory

# Ensure Profitabilty and Health of Distribution Channel Partners and help them to achieve business Profitability.

Qualifications

# We are looking for people with 2 to 3 years expereince in Sales and Distribution Management functions ideally from FMCG / Telecom domain. Fresh MBA / Graduates who are Confident to build their sales career can also apply

# He/She Must possess Excellent communication skills in their Local/Regional Language and basic English language skills and should be moderately tech savvy with an entreprenurial mindset and Willingness to extensively travel across the territory.

# Must be willing to work on a performance oriented variable pay package

# Since we do not keep any age limit for the role, people with higher age and years of experience can also apply for the role

Positions Open as one vacancy in each Major Town in India:

Based out of District Headquarter Towns in their home state
