We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai and drive business growth across the assigned territory.

About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performances, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key accounts within your territory.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, relationship management skills, and ability to execute sales and marketing initiatives effectively in a highly competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Promote ZimVie Products and conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and workshops for healthcare professionals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and convert competitor business
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Maintain strong account relationships and ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure timely reporting, sales tracking, and territory planning

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Paramedical discipline
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the medical devices/healthcare industry
  • Prior experience in medical device sales is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building relationships with medical professionals

Travel Requirements

Approximately 30%
