Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Upselling

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Sales NoBrokerHood

CTC:Up to 5LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager (Upselling) to drive revenue growth from existing NoBrokerHood communities. The role involves nurturing long-term relationships with RWAs, MCs, and key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to upsell additional features, modules, and value-added services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow business within assigned territory by upselling NoBrokerHood products and modules.
  • Build strong relationships with existing societies, RWAs, and management committees.
  • Conduct regular meetings, product demos, and performance reviews with clients.
  • Identify gaps and propose relevant upgrades to improve client experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly upselling revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with onboarding, operations, and support teams to resolve client issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and closures on CRM tools.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention.

Key Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in sales, upselling, or account management (preferably in SaaS/Facility Management/Tech products).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts within the territory.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits.
  • Basic understanding of community management products is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
