We're Hiring | Area Sales Manager – Vegetable Seeds (Poly House)

We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with a reputed Agriculture / Seeds Industry organization. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong expertise in vegetable seeds and poly house business.

Position:

Territory Sales Manager – Vegetable Seeds(Poly House)

Experience:

5–7 Years in Vegetable Seeds / Agriculture Sales

Mandatory Requirement:

Hands-on experience in Vegetable Seeds & Poly House segment

Location:

Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales growth and business development across assigned territory

Handle authorised dealers, distributors, and retailer relationships

Generate sales orders and ensure payment collections

Manage distribution network, inventory, and supply chain in the region

Submit sales forecasts, collection plans, and promotional strategies

Identify and appoint new dealers / distributors and monitor partner performance

Lead product demonstrations, new variety trials, and commercial launches

Coordinate with crop specialists and farmers for field trials and technical feedback

Execute promotional campaigns on selected crops / varieties

Represent the organization at trade fairs, local associations, and industry events

Ensure compliance support including licensing and regulatory requirements

Manage on-ground promoters / field teams in the assigned area
