Territory Manager – Calicut (LPG)
Responsibilities:
The Territory Manager - Calicut (LPG) position is responsible for :
- Know, Respect and Ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct.
- Respect HSE Rules in force, ensuring safety and business standard
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and customers to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular market research for exploring new opportunities for market expansion
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare monthly sales forecast in line with sourcing of cylinders and bulk LPG
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability
- Monitor distributor & Dealer performance and progressively increase network and reach of product into the market
Purpose:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company's market position nationally.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and LOT customers to drive sales growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure Distributor/customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide insights and feedback to senior management to support strategic planning.
Qualifications & skills:
- 5+ years experience in LPG Sales
- LPG Product Knowledge Specific, geographical knowledge (North Kerala), Competitor knowledge
- Communication, Time Management, Relationship Building, Negotiation skill
- BE Graduate
