Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers
Conduct field visits, demos, and promotional activities
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
Profile Required:
Graduate in Agriculture or related field (preferred)
25 years experience in seed/agri-input sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and field execution skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
