About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will own and grow a defined market like your own business unit. This role goes beyond traditional sales it's about driving revenue, expanding market presence, building scalable systems, and leading from the front.

You will be responsible for territory growth, revenue delivery, team performance, and operational excellence. If you thrive in high-energy environments and enjoy taking full ownership of outcomes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own & Grow the Territory

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic and aggressive sales planning
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute territory expansion plans

2. Revenue & Performance Management

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize results
  • Implement scalable sales processes and improve conversion rates

3. Team Leadership & Enablement

  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams for high performance
  • Set clear goals, drive accountability, and ensure consistent execution
  • Coach team members to improve sales skills and productivity

4. Operational Excellence

  • Manage escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and reporting standards

Who You Are

  • 48 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales with proven revenue achievements
  • Demonstrated experience in growing and scaling markets
  • Strong ownership mindset with comfort managing targets and P&L responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
