Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Territory Sales Manager will lead and grow sales within an assigned territory, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure across residential and investment real estate offerings. Responsibilities include developing and executing territory sales plans, generating leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, and presenting solutions that align with customer needs. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders, as well as ensuring high standards of customer service and post-sales engagement. The Territory Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, track performance against targets, prepare regular sales reports, and support training and mentoring of team members or channel partners as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams effectively.
  • Proven sales and territory management skills, including pipeline development, deal negotiation, and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Customer service and relationship management abilities to ensure a positive client experience and repeat business.
  • Experience in sales management and training, including guiding junior team members or channel partners toward performance goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or real estate.
  • Background in real estate, financial services, or proptech is highly desirable.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to monitor and improve territory performance.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, with flexibility to conduct field visits, client meetings, and developer interactions as required.
