Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Territory Sales Manager based in Kochi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Territory Sales Manager will manage sales efforts to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and facilities. Responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential clients, providing product demonstrations, delivering training sessions when needed, managing regional sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition, the role will involve creating strategies to meet sales targets and reporting on performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory
  • Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to understand and fulfill client needs effectively
  • Capability to deliver Training sessions to educate clients or internal sales teams
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic, client-focused environment
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector or similar industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
