Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager (Smartphone) based in Uttar Pradesh, with operations headquartered in Gurugram. Responsibilities include managing sales operations within the territory, developing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing training to ensure optimal team performance. The role also involves overseeing customer service standards and implementing strategic initiatives to expand market presence.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve concerns.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for team members to enhance skills and performance.

  • Proficiency in understanding smartphone technology and market trends is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
