OOO Sidermag is a leading producer of immersion probes and equipment for determining molten metal characteristics. The equipment is used by major metallurgical holdings worldwide, including MMK, NLMK, Severstal, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time, Sales Manager role located in Karnataka. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in Karnataka and near states, visit clients (steel plants), arranging trials of products and etc activities at site.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in industrial equipment or manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of metallurgical processes is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
