Role Description:

The Territory Sales Manager role is an on-site position based in Kozhikode/Coimbatore/Chennai/Salem/Kochi. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales of cardiovascular medical devices within the assigned territory, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. Day-to-day activities include meeting with physicians and hospital stakeholders, presenting product features and clinical benefits, providing product demonstrations, and supporting case-related needs as required. The Territory Sales Manager will analyze territory performance, plan and execute sales strategies, coordinate with internal teams for supply and logistics, and ensure high-quality customer service. The role also includes organizing and supporting training sessions and educational programs for healthcare providers to enhance product adoption and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive territory sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Develop and execute effective territory sales strategies.
• Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of sales reports and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer orders, payments, and other sales-related activities.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Experience:

• 8–15 years in sales, preferably in Medical Devices / Healthcare / Pharma.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Strong business development and territory management abilities.
• Ability to understand market trends and competitor activities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Education:

Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification in Sales or Marketing is preferred.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
