Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Raurkela. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing a team of sales representatives, and providing training and guidance. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, overseeing sales operations, managing customer requirements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with customers, teams, and stakeholders
- Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
- Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and foster long-term relationships
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams for optimal performance
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and address challenges
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and local market dynamics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for sales management
