Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and market development for our Cotton business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Agri-inputs or seeds industry, excellent channel management skills, and a passion for farmer engagement and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Drive product sales (especially Cotton) through effective channel management and farmer engagement.
  • Channel Management:
  • Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Ensure timely stock availability, order execution, and payments collection.
  • Market Development:
  • Organize and execute farmer meetings, demos, field days, and crop tours.
  • Educate farmers on Rasi Seeds product offerings and agronomic practices.

Key Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Agri) / MBA (Agri Business or Marketing preferred)

  • Experience: 2–8 years of relevant experience in Agri-inputs/seeds industry.
