Key Responsibilities
- Cover assigned target customers through effective product promotion and structured sales planning
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives within the territory
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic territory mapping and customer engagement
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and opportunity tracking in the CRM system
- Ensure regular updating of leads, pipeline status, and opportunity progression
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, new research projects, market developments, and competitor offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in research institutes, diagnostic labs, and biotech/pharma companies
- Coordinate with application, marketing, and service teams to support customer requirements and close opportunities
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and technical events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
Education & Experience
- Essential: MSc in Life Sciences or related discipline
- Preferred: Experience in Capital Equipment / Instrument Sales.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Life Sciences industry.
Travel Requirement
- Approximately 60–70% travel, based on business and customer requirement.
