Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Cover assigned target customers through effective product promotion and structured sales planning
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives within the territory
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic territory mapping and customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and opportunity tracking in the CRM system
  • Ensure regular updating of leads, pipeline status, and opportunity progression
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, new research projects, market developments, and competitor offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in research institutes, diagnostic labs, and biotech/pharma companies
  • Coordinate with application, marketing, and service teams to support customer requirements and close opportunities
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and technical events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation

Education & Experience

  • Essential: MSc in Life Sciences or related discipline
  • Preferred: Experience in Capital Equipment / Instrument Sales.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Life Sciences industry.

  • Travel Requirement

    • Approximately 60–70% travel, based on business and customer requirement.
