Paytm is Hiring For - Team Leader
Preferred Domains:- (Fintech, FMCG, Telecom)Candidates from Direct Sales, B2C, Distribution, FMGC, Payments or Device sales domain will be preferred.
Location: Bhopal.
Education: Graduation with good academic record.
Experience Required: 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/ business development
Reporting Matrix: The role will report to the Area Sales Manager and shall have a direct report of 15-20 Field Executives.
Responsibilities:
1. Hiring and training of quality manpower and working on enhancing their productivity.
2. Acquisition of Quality merchants in the assigned geography.
3. Sales of products like Sound Box, EDC machines, Loans, Insurance etc.
4. Validate and conduct the audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
