Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Baddi. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide training and support to sales teams. Responsibilities also include managing customer service operations within the territory and fostering business growth by identifying new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships effectively
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with experience achieving and exceeding targets
- Aptitude for Training and motivating sales teams to ensure peak performance
- Ability to work independently while managing a diverse territory
- Proven experience in a similar role and familiarity with fintech or digital payment solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
