Role Description

The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar. Responsibilities include managing sales activities within the designated territory, building strong relationships with customers and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training sessions for team members and partners, and effectively implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. This position requires consistent travel within the territory to meet prospective and existing clients and understand their needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with proven ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Experience in delivering Training programs for partners or internal sales teams
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the medical or healthcare products sector is a plus
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
