Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Pune. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new leads within the assigned territory, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Territory Sales Manager will also manage the sales team, ensure targets are met, and provide training and guidance to enhance team performance. Additionally, regular reporting and collaboration with senior management to drive business growth and market expansion are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Should have 1 year to 3.5 years of Experience in Field Sales.
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, Knowing regional language is a plus.
  • Should have Area knowledge in a specified places.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to maintain relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience in Training sales team members and fostering professional development within the team.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to dynamic market needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales/marketing software is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
