Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Expand DTH selling outlets in the assigned territory to meet organizational targets.
  • Ensure consistent recharge availability and effective upselling of products and service packs.
  • Maintain brand visibility and manage merchandising initiatives as per strategy.
  • Achieve hygiene metrics like active outlets, coverage, and transaction benchmarks.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor insights and customer trends.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support installation and service teams, ensuring SLA adherence and escalation handling.
  • Manage distributor and retailer relationships, focusing on partner appointment, attrition control, and ROI improvement.
  • Conduct field visits for quality checks, inventory control, and service compliance.
  • Provide on-the-job training and handholding support to field sales executives and retailers.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and suggest strategic interventions.
