Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and overseeing the performance of sales representatives. Additional responsibilities include conducting product training for customers and team members, as well as monitoring market trends to adapt strategies for success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client needs effectively and achieve satisfaction
- Experience in Training and developing team members to ensure optimized performance
- Organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the tea market or beverage industry is a plus
