Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (Entry Level)

Reporting To: Territory Head / Business Head

Location: Pan India

Role Overview

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for supporting and growing sales within an assigned territory by managing 12 authorized dealers, generating demand through architect engagement, and ensuring disciplined lead follow-up and conversion.

This role is ideal for a fresher who wants hands-on exposure to real market execution, dealer management, and project sales.

You will not just sell you will build a territory.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Management & Market Execution

  • Manage and coordinate with 12 authorized dealers in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of all leads shared with dealers.
  • Monitor showroom display, branding, and sampling.
  • Support dealers in site visits, client meetings, and closing deals.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with dealer sales teams.

Lead Management & Sales Discipline

  • Track all inquiries in CRM (Zoho) and ensure proper allocation.
  • Monitor follow-up cycle: inquiry visit sampling closure.
  • Improve conversion ratio by structured tracking.
  • Maintain daily and weekly reporting discipline.
  • Escalate high-value deals (> defined value) to head office when required.

Architect & Interior Designer Engagement

  • Meet architects and interior designers regularly.
  • Present product samples and conduct technical discussions.
  • Invite prospects to Experience Centre / events.
  • Build long-term relationships for repetitive business.
  • Create and maintain architect database in CRM.

Market Development

  • Identify new project opportunities.
  • Map local premium residential and commercial projects.
  • Track competitor activity and pricing.
  • Suggest local marketing initiatives where required.

Customer Experience Support

  • Coordinate between dealer, installation team, and client.
  • Ensure smooth communication during execution.
  • Address basic customer queries and escalate technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate (BBA / B.Com / B.Tech / Any discipline)
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
  • Interest in building materials, interiors, or project sales
