About the Company

UPS Healthcare is expanding, and we're looking for a driven Healthcare Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. If you're passionate about building strategic relationships, driving business growth, and shaping the future of healthcare logistics, this role is for you.

About the Role

Grow new business within the complex healthcare segmentincluding Labs, Biopharma, and MedTech manufacturers/distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers across UPS and customer organizations.
  • Create compelling customer solutions, proposals, and presentations using UPS's global logistics capabilities.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce and reporting tools.
  • Develop account strategies, maintain your book of business, and manage contract renewals & compliance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and healthcare market trends to support strategy.
  • Collaborate with teams across regions and time zones.
  • Travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (Logistics/Supply Chain/Business ideal).

Required Skills

  • 710 years of business development experience in international logistics, express, freight forwarding, or specialty logistics.
  • Experience in complex healthcare logistics or cold chain is a strong advantage.
  • Proven solution-selling capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills in Englishwritten and verbal.
  • Ambitious, quick learner, and hungry to win.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones and travel as needed.
