Role Description

Gro Digital Platforms is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Namakkal. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within a defined geographical area, generating revenue, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with transport partners, load providers, and other key stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include leading sales efforts, conducting client and partner training on platform adoption, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. The role also involves analyzing sales data to develop strategies for achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and transport partners
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with an understanding of target setting and achieving revenue goals
  • Experience in delivering Training sessions to clients and partners for platform adoption and usage
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term stakeholder relationships, especially within the transport or logistics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the trucking or logistics sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data to derive actionable business insights
  • Comfortable working on-site and traveling within the assigned territory as needed
